Ah, I love the smell of napalm in the morning
As with all Bomberman games, playing it solo can get old quite quickly, however the modes available and the 60 collectible costume spheres are a good incentive for sticking at that arson. However once you get a couple of buddies round or take it online the action becomes truly addictive. This version supports up to 8 players in one game, which can make for some highly amusing antics and very long, yet enjoyable, games.
The downside is that you don't get too many arenas with your download, however seeing as each has it's own quirks and that in the end the gameplay remains the same (bomb,kill,bomb,win) for each you really don't tend to mind when your playing with others. Solo however, you do tend to notice the repetition quite a bit.
The zombie and paint modes are great fun, adding another layer to the experience which in the end is one hell of a bargain. If you ever want a fast paced, highly addictive and fun game then you can't go wrong with this cheap flight of fancy. A classic that will always remain cutting edge.
