Don't go into this game expecting a great story, thrilling characters, beautiful environs to explore. This game is very simple. A square room, a handful of scared kids in beds, scattered toys and lights as instant-kill obstacles and you, the lone boogeyman prowling out to drag the kids into the void. The game itself is simple enough and it's great pick up and play kind of game, that controls very smoothly and can be surprisingly addictive.
Add in a creepy background ambient tone meshed with an off-putting music box and you have the perfect aural background for a game about playing as the literal Boogeyman. There's not much more to say because there's not much to say. It's definitely a fun game, and I kind of enjoy the chilling score and occasional "surprises" that the devs throw at you. The instant-death mechanic might be off-putting and sometimes you can find yourself in a nearly impossible layout, but for a quick game that is great to break out for short bursts, I recommend this one.
