Borderlands is a great mix of diablo's style mixed with the flare of fallout 3 and great visual style to boot.

I am roughly 15 hours into the game and I am extremely happy with it. The shooting seems like a much more re-find fallout 3. The style and flair of the game starts out right from the beginning and sucks you in. When you start out it seems like a good shooter and grows from there. Each time you score loot ie guns and mods you get more and more sucked in to get better equipment and guns each time you get new ones. The single player campaign is very rewarding and gets you into the true spirit of wanting to pillage everything that you can. From the 1st time you hear about the mysterious vault you have to continue to persue your goal of getting the best gear out there to go get more. The multiplayer campaign is rewarding as you get better loot and more money by participating with a group. I would highly recommend getting to know your way around the single player campaign before entering multiplayer due to the fact all of what is going on in the screen can be a little overwhelming and that is the only minor issue that I have found with the game is the multiplayer screen tends to have a little too much going on. I would highly suggest picking up this game and getting online with a few friends and you will not be dissapointed. Do not be mis lead by the references to Fallout 3 as this is a very different game.
