Multi-player is broken, and Take2 Interactive doesn't care. This game is a bad PC port from the consoles.

I am sure this game is fun if you manage to get the co-op multi-player working, but after spending 5 hours with my friend we had to give up on this game. Let me start by saying that we are both very proficient with PCs. First my system would crash every 5 minutes or so until I DOWNGRADED my nvidia drivers to 5 month old windows 7 drivers. Then to get multi-player to work you have to manually change a bunch of settings to your windows firewall and to your router to be able to play multi-player. This did not work, we had to install a third party application that sets up a VPN so that we could plan in LAN mode. Take2 interactive has the gall to release new downloadable content when these big problems go unhandled. And believe me everyone else is having the same issues. So to reiterate, if you only plan to play this game in single player mode, it might be fun. Best of luck getting multi-player to work. Very typical of this publisher to make a bad port to PC from the consoles that barely passes as Beta software. Consider yourself warned!
