After all this time, it's still worth talking about...

This game was one of the most impressive I've seen. I remember seeing commercials for it and having no idea what this would be about. When I picked it up, I was shocked. The amount of guns, the artwork, everything was just right.
At first it was a little glitchy, everyone knows that. But it seems they really pulled it together with the update, even if (unfortunately) had to sacrifice some of the power looting.
I've owned this game for a while now and though I'm a little late to the party on reviews, I just had to say something because I find myself still going back and playing it.
There are a few negatives of course. The game is a bit on the short end, which can be forgivable due to it's replay value. The trophies were extremely easy to get, which is either a good or bad thing, depending on whether you want to brag you have the trophies or want to brag because you actually earned them.
I do like the classes they provided, I only wish that there were a way for you to progress further in the game as far as your character. Perhaps let one class learn another class' attributes once you've filled the pyramids. It would be great to see a Siren use Bloodwing, or use the turret despite who pick to play as.
The story was a bit lacking, especially the end. Maybe I'm dense, but the Claptrap only confused me at the end. I know they were hurried and maybe I haven't found the right article that explains just what any of it meant, but perhaps this only means they are evil geniuses who know exactly how to crawl under our skin and clamber for a sequel.
Well, there's my first review. To simplify, if you like blowing things up, shooting things full of holes, and investing in a game you'll play long after you've bought it, get this game. It's well worth it.
