One of the best experiences you may ever have!

Borderlands is one of the best games i have played in 2009 and still remains that in 2010. The game starts off with you being able to pick which character you would like to play as, now your character selection has nothing to do with the story or anything like that but certain characters have a certain quality that will help you get through the game such as the beserker can go on a rampage and just start punching everything but while he does this he gains health. The hunter can release a bird to attack enemies and once it is fully upgraded can do alot of damage. The Siren allows you to become invisible for a certain amount of time and gives you an attack that will blow away smaller enemies suck as skags. The Solider has a deployable turrent which is great when you have a boss you want to take down or a bunch of enemies. The Graphics may worry people because of their artistic direction it had me worried when i went to play it but when you look at the surroundings and the weapons you really notice what a good job and its a nice change. Now the weapons in borderlands are awesome between the many amounts of them there are a certain few that you will carry with you throughout the game, not saying that they are bad its just that there are so many that you dont have enough space for all of them. The game really has a great sense of humor and had me laughing the whole way through out just the name of the enemies and design of them were hillarious like king wee-wee and hes a whole 3 foot 9 its a funny game that is just fun. Now i dont understand what people are saying about the dissapointing ending because I infact loved the ending you take down a huge boss and your not happy with that. Although the final boss is easier then most of the bosses you faced ahead of him but thats because you go in at such a high level when i fought the vault boss in this game i was a level 41 and the vault boss was a level 37 so yeah your going to have a slight advantage not to say i still died when i fought him but not as many times as i died fighting sledge. Borderlands isn't a game you can just run through all the main missions if you dont do the sidemissions and level up you will find yourself out of money and ammo in a hurry. If you are wondering yes there is free roam after the game and you can also start a new game and keep your level but the enemies level up as well so you could start over as a level 40 but your enemies are going to be level 41 just at the start making the game even more difficult the second time around. The only problem i had with the game is the veichles because their isnt any variety i know this seems small and people will probably hate me for saying it but it really was the only problem i had with this game besides that the game is just an outstanding journey that everyone should endeavor.
