Broken Garbage
The main setting is 'T-bone' junction. Highways then split out in opposite directions for the map. The highways are broken up by parts you have to get out of the car for and navigate on foot, just on the other side will be another spot you can get a car and carry on your way. The problem is you always start at T-bone junction.
I ran into a rare case, or at least a case where no one seems to talk about it on any of the forums, where every time I go into the Jail area (after about 30 minutes of travel) only to have the game freeze on me.
I figured the first time it happened was because I had been playing it for hours. Games tend to lose memory as they move along... no problems. So I started it back up and drove out there. I did some more side quests along the way because that is what the game is all about. Only to get in the Jail and have it freeze again.
Rinse, repeat a few more times all with the same result.
The expansion pack is broken. The fact there is only one check-point spot where you can restart causes this expansion to be a complete waste of time. I thought about doing everything else in the expansion, but it is completely inaccessible compared to the rest of the game. I'm amazed people even suffered through this - I have a feeling they did it in one or two sittings, having to ever restart this repeatedly would have easily spelled doom for it in the reviews.
Once again proving reviewers don't play games the same way I do.
