It's true. The in-game rewards are negligible. Two skill points if you complete all the objectives and a collection of weapons that you may or may not want to use.

No levelling up of boosting weapon skills? Then why bother, you ask?

But rarely will a DLC have you sweating like this.

The Underdome is a series of three arena events with wave upon wave of enemies to kill for killing's sake.

If you've seen Gladiator, you'll remember the scene where Maximus and the other slaves are awaiting their first fight - and are expected to die.

Well, playing this you probably will die - often. But when the battle's finally over and you have beaten all 25 waves you're left with a feeling of triumph.

You'll also find your heart is pumping and the adrenalin's flowing. This is not a game for the weak-willed.

While the actual rewards may not be that great you will have entered a gaming elite. You'll be one of the Vault hunters who's survived the Underdome!
