Borderlands is exactly what would happen if Halo and Fallout 3 had a baby.

Good:

- There are literally one million different guns...I'm not exaggerating.
- Driving vehicles is fun.
- There is a wide variety of enemies.
- Huge wide open environment.
- 4 different, unique characters to choose from.
- Tons of different power ups, grenades, and shield types.
- A great level up system.
- Tons of different rewards for completing quests.
- A lot of different quests.

Bad:

- You often get your vehicle into situations that you can't get it out of.
- Some bosses are just annoying.
- Environment gets dull after a while.
- Some missions are repetitive.
- The inventory system takes some time to figure out.
- It seems that some ideas were copied directly from other games such as Halo, Fallout, and Mass Effect.

I have yet to play co-op in this game, but I'm sure once I do I can add that to my good list.

Overall Review: If highly recommend that you purchase this game, especially if you have a friend over Xbox Live who owns Borderlands.
