A bit of a disappointment in some ways, but still a good game.

Brian Lara International Cricket 2005 was a good game, beating Cricket 05 by a long way. Brian Lara International Cricket 2007 is a bit of a different story. The actual game (matches) itself are the same, except now batsmen can use the slog-sweep and sweep, and Reverse-sweep, and slog reverse-sweep depending on which direction you aim it with the R1 and L1. The Custom Players section sounded good, making up to 16 instead of 2005's 3. But you can't add them (unliek 2005) to your favourite team, you have to create a custom team. And the names in the normal play cricket section are still unlicensed and are wrong, but unlike 2005, you can't edit them. The World Cup is disappointing, you can't seem to play the whole competition, just one match. Then it goes back the main menu, where you can edit it being. Probably just having licensed players match in it to be honest. Ultimately I thought it was a little dissappointing and the developers have made some bad decisions.
