A story of true heroes

I enjoy learning things about World War II and also enjoy playing World War II games. This HAS to be THE BEST World War II game too date. This game has a great story, great gameplay, great missions, and some pretty good graphics. The story follows the 101st Airbourne division during World War II and their part in the D-Day opertation on June 6, 1944. You play as Matt Baker the leader of a group of men nickmaned "Baker's Dozen". You will play through D-Day to about a week after their drop. During the game you will see some of your fellow soldiers die in combat and the story really makes you care for these soldiers. The gameplay is also very good and you will be in the control of two teams, a fire and an assault team. You are able to carry two guns at one time and can either use the weapons given to you, use the weapons of fallen enemies and the weapons of your fallen allies. There are a good amount of missions that will have you giving orders to tanks, sniping from a church roof, and taking out German AA guns. The game does have multiplayer for split-screen or Xbox live support. The multiplayer is pretty good and better to play split-screen with your friend or have a 2 vs 2 match using system link. Overall this is a great game and has a great story that keeps you going through the game. I bought this game when it first came out and still play it over and over.
