For those not familiar with the Buffy series. She is slayer who kills vampires, demons, werewolf's, exc. From a movie and popular t.v. series. This game is a surprising good game, seeing it is based form either a movie or t.v. show (they usually arn't very good). During this game you play as Buffy (a vampire slayer), as you play this game you have a meeter called: "slayer power" that allows you to use special fighting moves and combos that you learn as you go further and further in the game (you learn more and more moves). This meeter replenishes itself, along with a health meeter as you kill the bad guys. You also use all the weapons from the t.v. series: stakes, shovels, pool sticks, cross bow, guns that shoot fire or water, and a hand blade. Some of these items you can find by hitting or kicking objects, and some of them such as: stakes or hand blade you can throw at your enemies. In this game you will face Vampires, demons, and werewolf's, zombies, ghost, exc. And just like the show, when you kill them they will disappear. You will even get to fight Spike ( a vampire), but your ultimate bad guy in the end to beat will be, "The Master" a very powerful vampire. You will have help in this game though: Giles, Xander, Willow, Cordelia, and Angel (characters from the t.v. series) will all be helping you all the way in your journey to defeat The Master. The will be many puzzles and keys you will need to unlock during most levels, in this game. Tends to be a hard game unless you use cheats. But overall, it is a very fun and enjoyable game. If your into Buffy, or into adventure, horror games, this one is up your alley. Everyone else, try renting this one.
