Cheesy, crude, shallow, and somehow still fun.

This game, as I said, is very cheesy and shallow, has a gratuitous amount of swearing, but I thoroughly enjoyed it anyway. It is quite linear as far as traditional standards are concerned, but if you're focused on that then you're missing the whole point of the game! This game is about killing things in the most ridiculous ways possible, and with so many different ways to do it (kicking people into spikes, wires, off cliffs, blowing them in half with a quad-barrel shotgun, etc...), a creative mind can find plenty of replay value in this otherwise limited world. Any Gears Of War fans are sure to notice heavy GOW influence in this game, and at times it feels a lot like a GOW game in first person. Overall I recommend a rental first. While I enjoyed it, I can admit it certainly isn't for everyone.
