Grand Theft Bullworth

User Rating: 8.4 | Bully PS2
Rockstar Games brings a unique idea to life in Bully. Letting you play the role of Jimmy Hopkins, a rebel 15 year old who gets dropped off at boarding school. Bully, in many ways is very similar to Grand Theft Auto. The map, the mission setup, the free roaming capabilities, but at the same time, Bully puts it's own unique touches on the gta experience. The gameplay in Bully is solid. Your standard kick and punch, as well as all kind of various crazy weapons, like the potato cannon, make it a blast to try out different things. Dropping a bunch of marbles, and pulling the fire alarm is hilarious. The missions, are for the most part fun, and the game never gets too easy or too hard to deal with. I didn't have to re do any mission in the game more than a few times. The game gives you a pretty large area to roam once you earn the right to leave the school grounds. The missions, as well as the mini game classes you partake in to unlock new things, are very enjoyable.

The graphics are fine for what you'd expect in a game like this, and the sound is solid. Bully also gives you a lot to play for after you've already beaten the game. There are a lot of things to collect, and a lot of people to play pranks on. As far as what Bully is lacking, i'd say the game was pretty short. They could have thrown in some more missions, but other than that, Rockstar delivers a solid game.
