Honestly, I wanna know who it was that was just sittin around the office and was like dude we should make a game about bullies! Then again, since it came from the Rockstar people, I'm not too surprised. I gotta say that this game is definitely worth having. Running around, pulling breaks, throwing marbles, etc. with very little penalty is pretty awesome. I would definitely like to see this game expanded in the future, because the story is a fair length, but not as long as it could be. If you love GTA, and you have some free time, then you should def. go pick it up.
