Bully is a great spin-off from the GTA series. A great to take your mind off from the bloodbath and potty mouths.

User Rating: 9 | Bully PS2
Bully is a surprisingly good game from the developers of Rockstar Games, the people that brought you the legend Grand Theft Auto series. Like GTA, Bully lets you play as a no-attitude type character for uses on a sandbox environment. Here are the ratings:

Story - The story is about a mischievous boy that has been dropped off by his mother and step-father at an academy for kids and teen alike. As the story progresses, he becomes a bully/hero of sorts to make his new living easier on him and try to unite the different cliques in the academy as one.

Graphics – The graphics are alright compared to the other Playstation 2 Grand Theft Auto games, maybe even better. There is hardly any lag in the game, only where there is a lot of running around at different areas such as the football field.

Gameplay – The gameplay is cool. You have options to use vehicular transport such as a skateboard, bikes, go-carts, even a moped! Weapons are also an option to handle a lot of missions such as using your slingshot with unlimited ammo, firecrackers, itching powder, and marbles. Another feature is the collectibles in the game. There are a lot of things to collect, and as you get enough, you obtain special clothes and costumes for your character to wear. One new, but recognizable feature is taking classes. There are 6 classes, and if you pass them you gain a lot of extra essentials for the game like gaining better bikes or help to get the prefects off of you.

Length – The gain is reasonable lengthy. It took me about a week and a day to complete the game. Of course, trying to complete the extra stuff will help with the length of the game such as completing go-cart races and getting all the collectibles.

Bully is a good alternative to the Grand Theft Auto series that will put you in the shoes of boy that has nothing but trouble surrounding him. This is one of those games that renting is out of the question and should be put up as a collector's item.
