If only this game had waited till the release of the dremacast ! Burning rangers is a true classic. Styistic Unique Beautiful ( for the Saturn ) Fun this game is just asking a little too much of the Sega Saturn and unlike something like Night that understood the limitations of the saturn and played up to it's strengths burning rangers engine just chuggs away. Any of the failing of this game are mainly due to the saturn hardware .. the camera is aquward trying to keep the frame rate as high as possible, draw distance too short. However tight controlls and solid level design do their best to overcome the dificulties if this game had of been release on the playstation we would have been looking at a good few sequels as the much larger market base could have accomodated a title such as this. and the extra hoursepower might have solved some of the technical issues. All in all the only thing that stops this game being a 9+ are the technical problems of trying to be too ambitious with the hardware availiable
