As its predecessor this game is still a very good racing game, only better. You start the game with a few selections of cars and when you start progressing through the game you unlock faster and more stylish cars. New modes are also in the game such as crash mode where the objective is to cause maximum damage to the vehicles that you find in the roads and you also got pursuit mode. In this mode you’re in a police car and the objective is to catch the speeder. The game play is perfect. This game offers you a very realistic sense of speed whether when you’re passing through cars or you’re using boost. The environments and the cars are much more detailed. Nice soundtrack to backup the whole game. Now, moving on to the most spectacular feature of the game. The crashes. This game really takes advantage of physics to produce the crashes. They’re brutal! Overall, burnout 2 is a very good racing game, no doubt about it. With all this said, if you’re a big fan of racing games you better run to the store and get this one.
