This game is a blast and everyone can get into it. This is the only game my girlfriend will actually play with me. You dont have to be a "gear head" to enjoy this game. You wont spend alot of time adjusting gear ratios and setting ala gran tourismo, hell, you cant even shift manually, but this game isnt about simulation.

It's never meant to be taken too seriously, it is all about taking chances and getting rewared for them. The races and tracks are quick and smooth, and the graphics are crisp. I also love being able to use my custom soundtrack, even though the soundtrack is already stellar for an EA games production ( something like 55 tracks or so).

If you want a game to beat in about 20 hours for under 20 bucks, pick this up. It is well worth it.
