Truly the most amazing racing game that I have ever play hands down, and thats no lie coming from 400 hours of gaming.
Awarded with a perfect 10 not only because its just that good but because enough just isn't enough anymore. In this series you race with some of the best put together car series that has ever been seen with more than three hundred competitions to go through. All of which are driven on the streets of the US all throughout Europe and in China as well, so look out world here we come.
The cars
The cars in this game were built to be sleek amazing super machines even if they are only the lowest class cars. Race with the nearly 8 sets of cars all of which has its on prototype and for that extra sting fly down the street in one of the special series cars. Fly down at record breaking speed of 200 MPH in the super series(my personal favorite) or break the 210 barrier in the World Circuit racer. Not only are these cars fast, they are burning hot and superiorly sleek making those old hunks of junk in regular competition useless to us now.
Modes
Of coarse a diverse and amazing game like burnout 3 take down is going to award you with several different modes to play in. Spend your time in Time Attack, Road Rage, Crash, and of coarse normal Racing.
Time Attack
Can you beat the clock? In time attack your job is simple, complete a lap on a track faster than anyone else has done it before. The faster the better but in some cases to get that dream car you will have to beat a certain time, even if it is insanely fast for the track. Just remember you can race faster than anyone else.
Road Rage
How many cars can you crash before you die? Your goal is once again simple to say but actually hard to do. Simply knock cars with a blue tag off the road in order to get the highest number of take downs, but don't expect them to go down without a fight, if you aren't careful then you will be the one being taken down. If you get 40 on any track you get an award.
Crash
Easy and yet so hard, crash into traffic to get the highest number of damage dollars earned for gold and to unlock a new car.
Racing
Just like the old days but this time you can crush all of the competing cars for boost and for in some cases an award. Just remember, keep you eye on that car.
Boost
Boost is what anyone needs to get that extra boost down the road, but if you aren't careful though it will only end up smashing you into a civilian car.
Racing is dangerous, very dangerous because if you don't look both ways you are going to end up getting smashed. As a note if you are burning laps on time attack you might consider this trick, tap the boost and hold for about half a second before releasing. Doing this will speed you forward increasing your speed from 0 to 200 at a speed that is barely imaginable. Also try boosting into an opponent if you want to crash them, they just can't handle that extra boost of speed.
Tips and tricks
Now that you know the game I will tell you how to survive in this difficult game. At one point you will have to drive some seriously curvy roads at nearly 210 MPH with a car that has really bad handling. If you so much as touch the edge of the street you get slowed down to nearly half your speed. So how can you outdo this problem? Try drifting, you will lost some speed but with some practice you will soon be tackling these turns faster than you were before and you don't need to be first every track, you just have to have the most points on the overall track line.
Great Game, I am just sad that the next one wasn't as good.
