A more appropriate title would be need for speed!
Pros:
I loved the burnout chaining feature, in my opinion this was the fastest-paced, most intense game I've ever played! I like the new line up of cars, except for that ugly yellow one in the tuned series. The tracks were beautifully made, actually the best ever, and the graphics were just as good as the ones in burnout revenge, if not better. Your heart rate is guaranteed to raise every time you perform another burnout, especially in a burnout chain. Traffic checking is gone! Maniac mode rocks! I like how during events to unlock cars it is constantly showing your progress towards getting the car. (e.g. 5,673 maniac points left to unlock car.) I like the completely useless but fun feature that lets you honk the horn when you press circle. Just about every car has a different engine sound.
Cons:
Every car has the same top speed in a class. Your basically screwed if you crash during a maniac event. No crash mode. No online. A bit too short and not very many cars.
This game is still very entertaining even though I finished it. There are some things missing that made the previous burnouts fun, but then again this is a side game, it's basically burnout 4 1/2.
