THE arcade racing game that anyone with a PS2 should own.
The gameplay is simple and easy to get into, not to mention highly addictive. Although some think the Traffic Shunting that's been added (ability to ram any small car or van going in the same direction) takes away from the game I think it adds more to it.
Graphics:
Amazing, especially during crashes. Enough said.
Sound:
I loved the soundtrack of Burnout: Revenge, it has tons of huge names and great songs and added so much to the game. The narration and car sound effects are also very good.
Value:
With a huge variety of modes and courses and a very long 1-player mode Burnout: Revenge is definitely worth the money. It also includes many multiplayer modes, online and off.
Pros:
- Burnout: Revenge is appealing and addicting even if you don't like racing games
- Tons of great modes including Traffic Attack, Road Rage, Crash, Race, and many others
- Crashes are amazing as you might know if you've played any other Burnout game
- The new fierce, revenge type gameplay with your opponents adds tons of fun to the game
-Enough content to keep you coming back for a long long time
Cons:
- If you liked the more intense version of Burnout where you had to dodge every single thing on the road this game might let you down a little bit
