A fun and diverse FPS that puts its predecessor to shame.

Everyone remembers the plague that was Call of Duty:Finest Hour that was inflicted on us not too long ago. Shoddy controls, gameplay, levles, and horrid graphics made a what could have been solid WWII FPS material into something laughable. CoD2:BRO rectifies this. It is everything that Finest Hour should have been. It has intense infantry missions, and throws in a few vehicle levels as well (even a level where you are a gunner on a B-24. I've always wanted to take down those ME-323 transports....). I have one gripe about this game however. It is too quiet. This becomes extremely apparent in the Omaha Beach level (what WWII game doesn't have one) later on in the game. I stood there marveling how quiet the supposedly hectic beach head was. You could have been farther up in the peaceful French countrysides instead of the pivotal bloody battle to gain control of said beach head. Other than that, I have no real complaints against BRO. It is a solid, enjoyable historical FPS, and won't disappoint.
