Highly addictive, but shooting through walls is killing it!
The game is really all about how good the map is.
If the maps bad, chances are that the game will be unenjoyable.
The graphics of it is excellent but not to the level of crysis. Despite maxing it out on 1920x1200 resolution all high setting with my ATI Radeon HD 4890 OC card.
The gameplay is very addictive. Free for all is my favourite game type to play online.
However, sometimes it's a complete mess since there are so many players online on a single map that you keep getting killed continuously after getting respawned.
This is the problem, the game becomes like a lottery, you shoot and kill.
However despite that, it is still a very addictive game. But most of the maps are really depressive. They are very grey, which I do not like. An example is downpour, very grey.
The other problem of this game is that when you shoot through bulidings, walls, doors etc your still able to kill your opponent online. This is something which I particularly hate about this game, it is not realistic. When you shoot through walls you expect that the bullet does not pass through and kill your enemy. But instead it does, like a ghost.
I don't have any of these issues with games such as Crysis online/offline. But with COD4 this is a major flow.
Overall I give it a 9.0 because it is a superb game apart from all these problems.
