Nothing spectacular, another game.
User Rating: 2 | Call of Duty: Black Ops II X360
The game is as linear as it gets, I don't understand how any one could speculate that game is new and refreshing when the engine is recycled not only once but 4 times over the years when other games have made ground breaking improvements on their titles. It brings absolutely nothing to the table, and zombies is nothing spectacular either, it is another recycled game mode that has been in 2 previous titles and it is not doing so good this time around. If you bought it just for the zombies you just wasted 70 dollars. If you wanted to play a zombie survival game there are plenty out on the market. I wouldn't consider unlocks and point systems revolutionary considering skill level isn't determined by the amount of weapons and perks you have it just shows that you can play the game for a lengthy amount of time and still end up being terrible at the game. The reason the game has a low learning curve is because the fan base merely consists of younger youth and I don't mean 16+ but I mean any where from 10+, who can't grasp the concept of a challenge.
The only thing I will give Call of Duty is the quick matches that's about it. At this point its just a crutch waiting to be kicked out from underneath a crumbling empire just like Guitar Hero.
