Has enough impressive qualities to stand out on its own.

User Rating: 9 | Call of Duty: Black Ops II X360
I will admit that I was slow getting into Call of Duty, but Black Ops II has helped the series win me over even more. There are several reasons why I believe Black Ops II may be like previous FPS tittles, but they are all reasons that help. A bunch of the weapons from previous FPS games such as the world famous AK return, but hey that is one badass gun. There are a whole bunch of other weapons that are not featured in other popular FPS tittles like Halo or Medal of Honor. That is part of where Black Ops II is better than other tittles. The game play is solid but could have used a few tweaks with the control response. The story is also amazing. So many twist and turns that also include ones where you make the decision. The graphics are also great, especially on an HDTV. I have not played the game on a 3DTV because those sets are a rip-off partially because 3D is not as perfectly clear as 2D. If you a 3D set, then Black Ops II should be even more visually stunning. It also takes advantage of the technology as everyone obviously knows that 3D makes gamers playing a FPS, such as Black Ops II, feel more like Alex or David Mason. The voice acting is top notch. Better get used to video games or movies with Sam Worthington because James Cameron's Avatar is not going away anytime soon. The game also features the voice of Michael Keaton (the tittle character from Tim Burton's Batman and Batman Returns). All in all, Black Ops II is just plain fun.
