This an honest review from a FPS gamer
Call of duty black ops has 3 different modes including campaign, multiplayer and nazi zombies which replaced special ops, its almost like the firefight or horde version of call of duty.
Campaign:
The campaign in this game is by far one of the best I've seen this year, its very powerful and enjoyable, will amazing visuals which truly are breathtaking, and keeps you on the edge of your seat, AT ALL TIMES! without a doubt this part of the game deserves a 9/10, wondering why i ditched the 1? well lets just say that the actual story of the game didnt hold up too good, but the gameplay was all it needed.
Multiplayer:
The multiplayer in this game holds up to be everything you have played in previous cod games, but better! this time around players have more freedom in customization, and it now holds various features seen in halo, such as file share, theater and credits. along with the addition of the RC car once you reach a 3 kill streak. Although it will take some getting used if your used to playing halo, and perhaps the first few games you may just find yourself getting 3 or 4 kills per game, all that will change with time and practice. this part of the game deserves a 8/10.
Nazi zombies:
Folks as far as I have seen, I truly have left the best till last. If you enjoyed the zombie mode in world at war and the firefight mode in reach, then you're gonna love this. The zombie mode is a good complication of fun, horror, intensity and addictiveness, and although may not be fear 3, it is without a doubt my favourite mode in the game, that I can play upon hours on! the fact that you are continuously moving through out the mode from one section to another, and trying to survive your way through wave after wave, really creates the enjoyment! although it only supports 4 players at one time, it is still a very good time waster. nazi zombies> RDR living dead. I would have to be close to unappreciative if i would of given this section anything lower than 10 itself.
