I haven't been this excited for a game in quite sometime. I also haven't been this dissappointed in one in quite sometime. The last time this happened to me was on the original xbox when DRIV3R came out. All the videos made it look amazing and then when you actually played it, it turns into a heaping pile of cr@p. The same thing happened with this game. It looked so promising in all the videos, fighting in vietnam or cuba, who wouldn't want to play a game set in that area. Im not sure what they did in the videos, but it is not in-game graphics they are using thats for sure. The story was o.k. but the graphics made me not want to play. I tried out the multiplayer (its what i live for) hoping it was going to blow away mw2 (only the best multiplayer out there) but it was so jittery it made me nauseous. All in all i spent probably 3 hours playing the game before throwing it back in the case. I returned it the next day for store credit. Don't buy this game thinking it will blow your socks off. I made that mistake (twice). With so many other options out there, why spend $60 on mediorcity. Even if you didnt like mw2 all that much try out BC2. Wait for this game to go to the bargain bin.
In case you were wondering if buying lots of advertising on a site can get your game a 9/10 even if it is so buggy it renders single and multiplayer so laggy it ruins the experience or makes it unplayable wonder no more.... Read Full Review
