This game was a huge let down...

I love Call of Duty for PC. It is one of my favorite games, so you can probably imgaine how excited I was when I learned it was coming to my Xbox. I went out, bought the game, put it in my Xbox, and all was well... until I played the game. Immediatly I noticed that the graphics were not so good, and the sound effect sounded some how strangly muffled. And as soon as I started playing, I realized instantly that this game would not live up to its PC father (or even live up to the rock in my front yard). The graphics in this game are nothing special, if not dull. Objects are lack correct coloring, and human animations are simple terrible. The sound in this game are ok, although it sounds like they are muffled for some reason... in any case, the gun shots sound nothing like the PC versions. And of course the gameplay... where did they go wrong? That sense that you have been wildly thrown into WWII that the PC version gave you, seems to be missing from this title. In the PC version, when you shot a Kraut, you could almost feel the bullet excel into his body... in this title, you feel like you are shooting air. The A.I. in this game is emensly stupid. One amusing experience I had with the A.I. is when I through a grenade at an aproaching Kraut. The Kraut stopped dead, yelling warnings on a grenade, and yet, stood right on top of it, looking around wildly. Overall, in the sea of disapoinments this game has, the gameplay was the biggest dissapoinment. The value is nothing... instead of playing this title for months to come, you are more likely to return this game before you complete the first level. I would not recommend this game to anyone, especially the fans of the original Call of Duty.
