Call of Duty: Finest Hour

While it follows the same linear play as the Pc game, nothing can save FH from broken gameplay that while limited by the ps2 could still have used some more ambition.

For ps2 the game looks decent. Multiple units and decent models, but textures look just downright awful. Levels where one actually plays are great. But the game is dwarfed by Tank missions that are so boring one almost gives up entirely.

The storylines of the players are interesting along with the videos, but in the end that could only be frosting on top of a great creation, which Finest Hour is not. Game mechanics and physics and horrendous and scripted sequences are too populous for a first person shooter.

All in all, a rental. Not much replay value or actual substance.

  call of duty rocks!
