All intense action, brilliant graphics for sure, however multiplayer failed. No playing with friends. This rates it a 7.

This game would have been fantastic, had the team that made the decisions for the multiplayer not been on drugs when making the choice to omit dedicated servers.
To me it is the definition of insanity to change a formula that has been tried a proven, that was such a major reason for the great success of all the previous editions of this beloved series.
Not to be able to choose my friends to play with in the same game of multiplayer killed this game for me. That is what makes it most fun to play online in a FPS and adds a enormous amount of strategic fun and enjoyment.
I have loved COD games from the get go, and thought that the guys at Infinity Ward have been brilliant, but one has to question the reasoning behind their decison to ignore the opinions of those who buy and play there product. They missed the boat of this one, purely for the reasons I have just mentioned.
