Three new maps and two old ones that might leave you scratching your head and wondering if the days of COD are over.
Well... The maps themselves are nice. The three new ones are exciting and the two old ones are a bit touched up to go better with the new game. All seems well.
The problem starts with the 1200 points that it costs. That's way too pricey for this. But I figure if I can get ripped off paying $60 for the horrid Halo ODST expansion then 1200 points to expand a great game like MW2 ain't bad. I'll live.
The worst part is you can't pick your game type. ouch. You can only pick hardcore, or non-hardcore, and then you have to play whatever game type is thrown at you.
Worst yet, you can't play the original maps while playing the new maps. They won't rotate together. You have to leave the new map selection and specifically go play the old maps.
This whole map pack has been a letdown. Sure, I think Bad Company 2 is a disasterous game so MW2 is my only option right now, but this map pack has really made me start to look forward for the 'next big thing' in modern shooters.
