Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is the best game to grace any console in a very long time.

Let me begin by saying that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is a package that does NOT miss in any form of gameplay on a FPS. it nails everything; an explosive and highly epic campaign that continues the Modern Warfare saga, co-op gameplay in its new Special Ops mode, an improvement from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, and a highly addictive and popular multiplayer, which seems endless and has the Xbox LIVE charts blowing up at the very top.

Although the strongest point in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 might be its multiplayer, the campaign is nonetheless a masterpiece. Infinity Ward nails gameplay and cinematics on an epic level, exploring modern warfare in actuality. The cinematics are, for lack of a better word, epic. The gameplay is seamless, dynamtic, and although the storyline is short, which is definitely a drawback in this, the campaign's extras and continuality are there. If there was one word to sum it all up; epic... again.

Modern Warfare 2's co-op gameplay is also very entertaining. The level of difficulty and missions therein are most dynamic and challenging, making you come back for more.

Now, for the pre-madonna of them all, the multiplayer mode. Modern Warfare 2's Xbox LIVE capabilities are off the charts. Infinity Ward made sure that they completely utilized the capabilities of Xbox LIVE, including live leaderboards, an endless amount of addictive unlockable gameplay, and dynamic gameplay complete a masterpiece of online play in any game, not just war based first-person shooter.

All in all, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is by far one of the best games to grace the powerhouse consoles since its predecessor.
