Yet again, we have ANOTHER CoD released in November and this one hardly differentiates from previous CoD titles.
You're still playing pretty much the same multiplayer any CoD has had, which no longer has the features Black Ops added like wager matches and goes back to unlocking guns/perks/attachments rather than the ability to buy them which was unique in Black Ops. Might I add its still full of campers, snipers, and noobtubers as always. Though to be fair, they did add a few new private modes such as Team Juggernaut as well as 2 new multiplayer modes: Kill Confirm and Team Defender.
The campaign helps raise the score a little bit I will say. It picks up right where Modern Warfare 2 left off with the USA-Russia conflict, only now you're in World War 3. It's a pretty cool and engaging campaign, but it is kinda short and it still feels like any other CoD campaign.
Co-Op is back, though still they don't have Co-Op campaign like in World at War. This time they still have the Spec-Ops missions which vary in difficulty and are somewhat enjoyable. They've also added a new survival mode which pits you against various waves of enemies that spawn from various locations and become increasingly more difficult, though it fails to capture the fun and entertainment of World at War and Black Op's zombie mode.
If I were you, I'd stick to Black Ops and wait for another CoD, though I will only buy another CoD if they can SOMEHOW continue the Zombie storyline. To sum it all up, its pretty much an expensive DLC.
