How much did they pay you to give it an 8.5?

This is MW1 again, for the 3rd time. It was fun game back when it came out, but now it is just awful. I want to know why people buy this game every year. This "game" is the downfall of gaming as we know it. Elite is the biggest insult to anyone who plays video games. The map packs you get with the Elite are clearly just cut maps taken out and sold to people who are stupid enough to buy them! The fact that it is sold for 60$ to people is an insult, it should be given as an addon to MW2 because all they added was a few guns and changed the layout of maps a little and sold it. I also love how they have the balls to call it the most anticipated game of all time, more like the most outdated game of all time! I guess to say this: if you want a shooter that is fun, go out and MW1 for 10$ and save 50$.
