I'm not even going to talk about single player in this review because to me it wasnt even worth going through. Where this game shines is in its multiplayer mode. Take Modern Warfare and through a WWII spin on it and Call of Duty World at War is what you get. When I first picked up the game and started playing online it was a little hard for me to bear. Little did I know that there was a hardcore mode! This is where the action is at. Real life hp and weapon specs make this mode a must play for the hardcore gamer. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing someone running across a field, blowing him away with a well placed shot and calling in the artillery on an enemy position.

Call of Duty World at War is a must buy for the fps enthusiast and is a title whos multiplayer never gets old.
