Taking what you loved about COD 4 and putting it back into the WW2 setting with a little different flavor (pac theater.)
The single player gives a good refresh on an old scene by putting in the pacific theater to it's story. Yet again, however, they have the Soviets storming the Nazi capital, which was already done in the original Call of Duty.
Multiplayer is just like it's COD 4 counterpart with leveling, classes, etc. Fun and addicting just like you would expect, but really nothing new.
It offers the brand new co-op mode which is a breath of fresh air for the series. If you have some friends that you know you would be playing a lot with, then it has more perks for you than my review gives. Nazi zombies anyone?
Bottom Line: If your new to the Call Of Duty scene (which by now I have no clue why you would be), your a collecting fan or you've got a gang your just itching to play with, there is no point in owning it. A good game, don't get me wrong, but it doesn't offer too much in terms of new and groundbreaking.
