TC has tons of frustrations but if you can overcome it's flaws there is a lot of fun to be had in this tense shooter.

Two years ago I played COJ BIB and I really enjoyed it . It was beautiful and intense. So after that I was waiting for an even better sequel. The Cartel isn't nearly as powerfull as Bound in blood was and it isn't the sequel that the fans were waiting for but if you have patience you will be addicted to it's exciting shoot outs. The story and the characters are the biggest flaws.The three main characters are some of the worst . There isn't a cutscene without swearing words so as soon as you see this awful charcters you will hate them.The only thing that doesn't let the story to be a complete rip off is the secret agendas. Each of the three characters work for a different dipartment and some times people call them and give missions.These missions must be completed secretly and if another team member sees you they will distrust you.This great addittion make some levels realy tense specialy if you are playing multiplayer and being sucsessful is very useful because it opens new weapons but The gameplay is were the real fun is. There are some big enviroments with lots of enemies and lots of explosions.The cinematic moments are also great with an exhilirating level design. There are also a lot of slo mo moments with lots of blood to give the shooting a fresh felling.All of this make most of the levels extremely entertaining. But there are some problems that get in the way of your fun.The bugs are all over the place and the game wanted a lot more polish.And there are some awkward fist fights and some awful driving sections that can be really frustraiting and Unfortunatly the production values are surprisngly lower than BIB.As I said before the voice acting is bad but at lest there are some nice musics and sound designs. BIB was a looker but TC isn't.From it's bad character designs to old looking textures TC looks old but there are also some beautiful enviroments.At the end you need to wait for TC to show it's true face.And if you can't overcome it's frustrations you won't like it but still it's an enjoyable game that is worth a rental.
