Simple, satisfying, love it
With new combo's to be learnt with increased levels and some great looking magic the combat, although repetitive in nature, doesn't become stale. The addition of items; like the bow and bombs, and pets which aid your travels as you progress the combat is fleshed out to give depth.
In a way this game is similar to viva pinata which presents a cartoony aesthetic but hides alot of depth. For an XBLA game there are plenty of pets and weapons to unlock; ranging from laser swords to dead fish and from rubber swords to magic sticks.
Plus co-op is a laugh when you have to fight for the princesses kisses.
Great, well worth the money, something which any good friend can appreciate.
