Same old game, different characters

Castlevania games were always unbalanced when it came down to gameplay. But excelled really well in music, art, and sound. Basically you start the game off with the choice of two characters. Neither one of them is a Belmont but thats not a bad thing at all. Because they do have some kind of connection with the Belmont clan. And they do have allot in common! Your goal is to travel through six beautiful stages across the land of Europe in search of the evil prince of blood suckers known as Dracula.

The gameplay on the other hand is still the same as all the other classic Castlevania games. But the thing about Bloodlines is it does play better than Dracula X. Ritcher Belmont couldn't even jump five feet off the ground and the game was so difficult. You'll spend allot of time on the same stages. Bloodlines do make things easier on you. You can either play with Morris or Eric. Morris is recommended for advanced players only. While Eric is for novice gamers because he can jump dive 8 feet into the air! While Morris has the god awful jump that the Castlevania series is well known for.

Eric is more balanced than Morris but both characters can be fun to play with if the game wasn't so sluggish. As far as the music goes its still the same Symphony/Classical songs. Of course the second stage has the best song in the whole game.

Difficulty? Well its like I said, it depends on who you choose to play with. Personally I never played with Morris except for a few times.

You should be able to finish this game in one hour. And there are two endings including a good ending and bad one.
