I stongly recomend this game as the best hack n' slash action game in the last year. The action is very well done, the best 2d to 3d conversion ever. However, the only thing keeping this from being in the running for game of the year is the ridiculously simplistic boring level design. Their are interesting parts to every level, however, unlike the 2d games, which are "thrill rides of exciting activity" this game is not. Infinite amounts of empty connecting halls and the same square battle rooms take the place of intersting pimped out locals which require qiuck witted thinking to keep from drowning or falling into a pit. It's strange though, becuase the CORE of the game is badass, when a sequel is made, use the same game engine, (oh yeah, the combo system is the first ever 3d one to be badass) and just make interesting diversified levels..even if they have to be straightforward.
