Shows a lot of promise but has too many flaws.
Other frustrating things include that although the game tells you that you have cleared an area it is highly possible that you need to go back to an older room to search through it (fighting all the same monsters YET AGAIN) just to find a key that is hidden somewhere in one of forty rooms that you need for the next level. I found this annoying and clumsy by the game developers.
The game gets repetitive and the only challenge you will find once you quickly master the fighting system is finding objects and running around forever looking for things you thought you already had or that you didn't even know you needed.
With that said, the game's soundtrack is amazing and is really the best part of the game, but I cannot say that this game has any lasting value or replay value. You might not even want to finish it the first time.
