The game may be free, but it lacks the most essential part of any FPS game: user-friendliness.

Of course, if you have the AGEIA PhysX card, you should not have any problems whatsoever enjoying this great game.

However, for the rest of us, or should I say, most of us, this game is a total disappointment. Right after downloading and installing CellFactor: Revolution, I got myself comfortable and fired it up.

Now, I have a Core 2 Duo E6600, 2 gigs of RAM, and a 7900GS. My system runs Half-Life 2, Command and Conquer 3, and Battlefield 2142 all on high settings with more-than-decent-but-not-too-superior FPS. So you'd think this game would run at least decently, right?

Wrong. After waiting forever for the match to finish loading, I jumped in and immediately started lagging, making this the first game I ever played on my system that lags enough to make me notice. I could still play, as the lag was not too bad, but seriously, I don't think this game is that advanced...

Bottom line is, the game has probably been rigged to give a major disadvantage to players with an AGEIA PhysX card. They want you to feel like you're missing something when you're really not. If you already have a PhysX card, then great, go enjoy the game. But if you don't, I wouldn't fall for this "scam" that has been put up.
