I have playing Chips Challenge 2 and it's SUPER ! The levels are extremely creative and also hard, and the graphics are very good ! The best levels are the level 67 (it's called Ghost Trap, and you must build a cell to trap the ghosts), the level 68 (a real lights out game !!!), the level 188 (it's extremely hard but it's the best level ever in CC2) and the last level Crazy II (it's not the harder but it's very cool).
