Chip's challenge is oen of those 2D Top-down Puzzle dealies. You spend each level pushing blocks, finding keys and collecting.....um...computer chips. Why this little boy has an unhealthy obsession with Computer chips bigger than him is never explained, but it doesn't detract from the game. The graphics make your eyes move backwards inside your head from crappiness, but it just makes the game funnier to play. The music is filled with fun, addiction, smile and cookie, and the sounds are really, really random.
Here's the good part about the game. You never get bored. You turn it on, play the first level and BAM! It's 4 hours later and you just missed your doctor's appointment, didn't turn up for work, or just travelled across the country by train because you missed your stop. And the one after that. And the one after...etc etc etc.
While is certainly is extremely dated, you must play it, if not for nostalgia, but to get sucked in......FOREVER.
