Tetris meets Chem 101
User Rating: 8.4 | Chiral MAC
In Chiral you take the role of a mad scientist trying to create molecules. You create these by assembling various types of atoms. The atoms are different colors and each color has a particular number of possible connections, these connections (as some may remember from high school chemistry) are called "valence". To clear out atoms, you simply connect a preset number and fill out all of the valences so that molecule is stable. This is complicated by various special atoms like heavy elements which cannot be moved once placed. You also have to contend with atoms continuing to fall into the test tube you take them from and you must prevent it from overflowing.
The graphics are well done and colorful. The atoms are clearly defined and have dots on them to let you know what their valence is. This may help colorblind players with the game.
The sound is fairly generic but appropriate to the game type.
A good time to be had for anyone who is a fan of games like tetris.
