Story was fun. Lots of laughs, characters, and just fun. This game is about a bunch of actors who decide to quit and open up their own TV studio. Power ranger fans, chime in. Let me say up front, I have never watched Power rangers as a kid. It just seemed sort of lame to me. But when I saw this game, I had to try it. I'm so glad I did because within five minutes I was hooked till I finished. A great game.
Turn based lovers, please try this game out. It has character progression, drops, ability changes, team moves, weapons, armor, and a few surprise elements. The only reason I gave this game a nine was because of the old 8 bit graphics. I grew up during that time frame but this sort of kept me away from the game till I actually tried it.
The AI is fine. Nothing to get me frustrated or make me scream out "BS!". I played the game on the highest settings and often had to repeat episodes dues to how complicated they could be. Save often! Nothing as far as controls was a hindrance. I heard about some sort of bug that makes it so your saves don't take but I never encountered this problem. As far as replay, I can see me coming back in a year or so to play it again.
I love this game and hope the studio makes similar games in the future. If you like turn based games, please try this.
