72 hour ban, for improper name..what was that name you ask? Stalin..yes Stalin..

They did not even ask me to change it, they just put me on a 72 hour ban for a name they said was against thier EUAL, and since they said it was such a "extreme mis-use of the system" that I had a 72 hour ban. If they would have just asked to changed it..I would have freely changed it..but they did not even have the curtisy to ask me. So I cancel my subscription and will never buy another NC soft product again.

I mean come on..I am playing an evil character, so I give it an evil name, or to me what I thought was an evil name of Stalin and tney go an ban me for 72 hours. No asking in game for me to change it, no email saying hey..you know what that name is offensive to use..do you mind changing it? I would have been glad to if they had done that. But just to out right ban without any correspondance is just poor customer service...in fact it is the poorest that i have ever recieved.

Probably some cheeto eating, fat admin sitting behind a desk there, who has no social skills at all, waving his wand of banning becuase they really have no life at all.
