One of my favorite old games.

Cliff Hanger is one of those old games that despite it's simplicity, it manages to be unique. You play a man named Cliff Hanger. If I recall you're some kind of sheriff or law man. Your job is to go from scenario to scenario, capturing (actually killing) an outlaw using different, unique techniques. It's very similar to the Wile E. Coyote and Road Runner cartoon, as the criminal is very fast and leaves you very little time to do what you need to do. For example, it starts simple, like shoving a boulder over a hill at exactly the right time so that it rolls over the guy. It gets increasingly more complex, such as firing a cannon over the roadway, so it strikes an object that in turn will knock a boulder over onto the roadway. If you're so much as a second off, you'll miss your target. The developers added some humor by giving you a brother named Coat (Hanger). As far as I can remember, there was no point to him though.
