there is an endless amount of ww2 games out there but this one stands out as one of the greats. the thing i loved about this game was the way it kept me playing. the interface was great and the way the battle was presented. the mission briefings were great and made me feel like i was about to actually go to war, it made me giggle in nerdiness. i owned a civil war game much like this and the two kept me occupied. this review in a sense is a duel review for a bridge too far and that civil war game by sid myers they were very similar but they were great.
